Our Story
Chapter one
Cleveland
In the fall of 2016, Jess and Kyle met during freshman orientation week at Case Western Reserve University. They then stayed friends for an absurdly long amount of time - Jess will tell you all the deets if you ask, but by the end of freshman year, they were officially a couple and the rest was history.
Chapter two
Seattle
In 2020, the two new grads left the Midwest for Seattle, where they spent the next few years squeezing as much fun as they could out of a global pandemic.
Chapter three
Los Angeles
After a bit of seasonal depression in the PNW, Jess and Kyle decided to pay the sunshine tax and made their way to the City of Angels, where they've been since 2023, enjoying year-round sun.
Chapter four
The Proposal
On November 7th, 2025, Jess and Kyle were packing for a fall trip to Big Bear. Kyle sent Jess out to grab the car — and she walked right past the loads of flowers he'd set up to pop the big question. Once it clicked, she bawled her eyes out (and possibly blacked out entirely).
